Real Estate
The Coulter & Tateoka attorneys represent real estate owners, investors, owners associations, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in a wide variety of real estate matters including contract drafting and review, transactions, negotiations, litigation, and advising and counseling on all aspects of commercial, investment, and residential real estate.
Unlike most firms, Coulter & Tateoka have the ability to represent certain clients in real estate matters under alternative fee agreements, including contingency fee agreements. This means that we will advance the costs of your case (which often amounts to thousands or tens of thousands of dollars), and we don’t get paid unless you get paid. This arrangement benefits certain clients who have been wronged but do not have the financial ability to retain an attorney on an hourly fee basis.
