Consumers pay premiums to their insurance companies to cover expected or unexpected losses. In a perfect world, all legitimate insurance claims would be paid promptly and fully. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world. All too often, insurance companies don’t place their insured’s interest above their own profit driven interests. We help consumers and injury victims receive the compensation they are entitled to.

Insurance Bad Faith. All insurance companies owe obligations to their policyholders. Insurance companies have a duty to perform a full, fair, and diligent investigation your claim Generally, the insurance company has 15 days to investigate a claim. Then, the insurance company has a duty to pay out on legitimate claims in good faith and in a reasonable time frame. Insurance bad faith may occur if an insurance company fails to perform duty of investigation and duty to pay. Legitimate claims are often not paid timely and in full because it is not in the insurance company’s interest to do so.

This means that we will advance the costs of your case (which often amounts to thousands or tens of thousands of dollars), and we don’t get paid unless you get paid. This arrangement benefits our clients who have been injured, but do not have the financial ability to retain an attorney on an hourly fee basis.
